Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form of mental illness. Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through life trying to save. There's never enough time to do all the nothing you want. Don't underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can't hear, and not bothering. Stress is the trash of modern life - we all generate it but if you don't dispose of it properly, it will pile up and overtake your life. Stress is an admission of weakness, a cry of defeat to the world. Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths. *Take a deep breathe and let it out from our mind* pretending that i can!!!!!!!!
